Chapman voted to BLOCK an amendment to H. 4624 protecting minors from doctors performing surgical or chemical castration as well as requiring parental notification from schools.
Chapman loves to trash people born in California but, as Riley rightly points out, when he Is in Columbia, Don Chapman votes like he’s in California!
When recently asked about his terrible votes, he replied that, “amendments are not important; and are not the same as the law.”
Does he believe his constituents are that dumb?

Anderson County Republican Party Officially Censures Liberal Don
Don Chapman was censured because he has consistently voted as a Democrat.
Repeatedly supported tax increases, most recently the proposal to increase income taxes on 24% of South Carolinians.
Worked to undermine the Anderson County Republican Party’s opposition to the sales tax hike by encouraging voters to SUPPORT the tax increase.
Failed to protect children from the evils of transgender policies and procedures.

Liberal Don also voted to spend your money on:
Hollywood film producers.
$1.6 mil for Visual reality headsets
$3.3 mil for Orangutan exhibit upgrades
$2 million on gummy bear sculptures and queer body art
$300,000 for “progressive group” focused on finding “systemic racism”
No amount of back peddling can justify these votes.

Chapman only knows of one solution to get things done: Raise taxes
Don feels entitled to the money you earned to provide for your family.
Cutting government spending never even crosses Liberal Don’s mind.
